     At your first hair session, we will have a thorough consultation to decide what your hair goals are and how that fits your lifestyle.  From there we will make a plan for your future appointments to make your hair dreams a reality.  

     If you have any questions about booking your first appointment or which treatment services would be best for you, please note that in the space provided on the form, I'd be happy to help you choose the services best for your hair.

Recommended for those with a complex hair color history.

Purifying treatment with haircut and customized strengthening treatment.

Recommended for those with damage from hair color or styling tools.

1-2 hour service starting at $150

Lived-in highlights with haircut and a blowdry.

Includes grey coverage or blending as needed.

2-3 hour service starting at $230

The Refresh

Root touch up to cover grey with haircut and a blowdry.

Best for those who color every 3-5 weeks.

1-2 hour service starting at $150

Late Policy
I appreciate you being 5 minutes early for your appointment. If you are 10 minutes or more late, I may need to reschedule your appointment and a fee of up to 50% of services booked may be due before your next appointment is reserved.

After the Appointment
Once you leave the salon, it is your responsibility to follow the maintenance and care instructions including but not limited to:
Using the correct products to maintain your style.
Following all maintenance information given to you.
Following the scheduled maintenance appointments made during your longtime haircare plan.

Re-do and Return Policy
Service RE-DO and Retail Return Policy: I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I will be happy to correct the issue with no additional charge.  Products can be exchanged within 2 weeks of purchase date.

Cancellation Policy:

In order to continue to provide the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I do require 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a $50 per service cancelled fee does apply and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.
